Shipping Policy

Welcome to our shipping page! Here you will find all the useful information regarding when, how, and where you will receive your Quinn Carter Apparel products, including pre-order items.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery options:

• Home Delivery (Poste Italiane) – €12.20

• InPost Locker / Collection Point – €6.90

 

🛒 Pre-order Option

In addition to items currently in stock, you can purchase garments on pre-order, meaning before they are physically produced.

How it works:

• For every item (including specific colors and sizes), we clearly indicate whether it is available now or if it is a pre-order.

• For pre-orders, we provide an estimated availability and shipping date.

A practical example:

• You purchase a Model X T-shirt on pre-order on November 20th.

• The product will be ready and shipped starting from December 5th.

• You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves. ​

⏱️ Processing Times

For in-stock products, we need 1–3 business days to prepare your order. Pre-orders will follow the specific timeline indicated on each item's page.

 

📬 Order Tracking

You will always receive an email with a tracking code as soon as your package is shipped.

 

❗ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If you notice that you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the package has already been shipped, any additional shipping costs for re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

🔄 Undelivered / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to the sender due to a failed delivery or because it was not collected:

• We can re-ship it (shipping costs covered by the customer), or

• We can refund the order, excluding the original shipping fees.

 

🛠️ Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately with photos of the package, and we will resolve it together.

 

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Want to return a product? Here is how it works:

• Right of Withdrawal: You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

• Return Conditions:

  • Never worn

  • Undamaged

  • With original tags and packaging

• Custom Products: Customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• Refunds: Issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify your return.

• Returns for Defects or Errors: If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please send us photos within 7 days, and we will proceed with a replacement or a refund.
