🛒 ORDERS
Can I buy without creating an account?
Yes! You can complete your order as a guest, or create an account to save your details and track your orders more easily.
Can I modify or cancel an order I just placed?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

What shipping methods do you offer?
You can choose between:

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but it usually takes just a few days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as the package hasn’t been shipped yet. Write to us as soon as possible!
💳 PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods.
Are the payments secure?
Absolutely. We use certified payment partners and we never store your card details.
🔁 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to request a return, provided the item is:

intact
-
unworn
-
with original tags and packaging
Can I return a customized product?
No, except in the case of a defect.
How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and verify your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Are product colors identical to the photos?
We do our absolute best, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
Do you make customized products?
Yes! We will soon launch a dedicated section for this, but for now, just contact us and we will make your wishes come true. Please note: customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

At the moment, we only ship within Italy, but we are working on expanding our destinations soon.
