If you choose to create an account, you will be able to save your addresses, track your orders, and enjoy a better experience on our shop. In our community, we ask you to maintain respectful behavior. No offensive, discriminatory, or toxic content, and no spam. Keep your password safe ✨.

4. Products and Availability

We do our absolute best to display colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen or device. If an ordered product is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are in Euros and include VAT (where applicable). We accept the most convenient payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure systems. Payments are handled by certified providers: we never store your card details.

6. Shipping

You can choose between two methods:

Home delivery with Poste Italiane.
Pickup at an InPost Point.

Delivery times are estimates: any courier delays are, unfortunately, beyond our control. Shipping is FREE for orders of €99.00 and above.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return it. The product must be:

unworn,
intact,
complete with original tags and packaging.

Customized products cannot be returned, unless defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Returns for Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us immediately. We will ask you for a photo and will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

9. Copyright and Content

Everything you see on Quinn Carter Apparel — photos, graphics, logos, texts, products — is protected by copyright. You may not copy, use, or modify them without permission.

10. Liability

We do our best to provide a service that is always active and up to date, but we are not responsible for:

interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues,
improper use of the website,
indirect damages or financial losses.
